I have developed a knot on the back of my head.?

I haven't hit my head or been in an accident of any kind. I just felt it last night. This knot is about the size of a golf ball, and it doesn't hurt unless you touch it. (I know don't touch it!) Should I go to the doctor or just wait to see if it goes down?

See a doctor. Really. It could be a cyst and sounds serious.
If you've had no injury, it will not go down.

You don't want to be called a "knot head" do you?
