You should talk to him and let him know how you feel but don't be to pushy about just sit down and talk to him. He will either say, he feel that way to and wants to work on things or he will say he doesn't and could possible still be upset with you if he turns you down move on, but don't move on without talking to him and letting him know how you feel. You could regret it forever if you don't.

I think you should talk to him and see if he does hate you or not. At least then you will know if it's time for you to move on or stay.
