I prefer Cinnamon because of its nice olfactory sensation(smell) than Cardamon. And Cinnamon is a head in its herbal usage than Cardamon. People do use Cardamon in food and other dishes.
Some people eat Cardamon to get rid of mouth smell. But I prefer Cinnamon.
