just take natural food and leave cooked or boiled food for atleast a month and find the difference then you can continue if you can go along well. i practised the same on myself and with in 6 months i have cut down my weight to 15 kgs. it really works.
don't drink milk, if you , you may get acidity. give gap between your break fast, lunch and dinner. your dinner should be closed by the sunset. morning vegetable juice, and sprouts in the break fast, in th elunch anything of your choice, and in the evening for dinner, take completely fruits. but everytime you have an intake, fill your stomach with the natural foods.....

There is no quick remedy to dieting... what you need is disciplined moderate load of exercise, low on carbs, deep fried food and drink lots of water.....
