There are no foreign bases in the USA, they would just not allow it.
What does happen is the military trains foreign military personel in the USA. I saw some Saudi pilots on the Pensacola Naval base. There are even German fighter pilots training in Texas.
I shouldnt talk about the foreign training of people at the farm but that happens too.

Of course, any country can have a military base on the US soil. As you know the United States of America is a very open state when it comes to military and is absolutely not affraid of having russian airbase in Alaska, a cuban training camp next to Miami, a korean nuclear test facility in Texas or a Pakistany's spie school in Washington ;-)

Actually they train in and on our bases. Most Air Force bases have trained pilots from all over the world.
The Army and Marines are training foreign military in this country as we speak.
They don't need bases, they use ours.

No, but many foreign services send people here for military training(and english training). For example Korea sends a few officers a year to West Point.

As far as I know, no. But NATO does have personnel from all over the world at U.S. Bases. I know because a friend of mine was assigned to NATO. During the day he was a NATO Navy grunt, then he went to barracks in the evening he was in the U.S. Navy enlisted man. He told me it was actually gated off and was isolated from the rest of the Navy Base. He worked communications (Navy Radio Man) for NATO.

No, except for foreign embassies and whatever limited guards within them.
The deal is we provide bases and protection to them on their own soil in exchange for either trade relations or strategic defense.
