I used to recommend Adaware, then it was Spyware Nuker (I still love the guys that wrote that software), but today, I can't recommend anything other that Microsoft Windows Defender.

Microsoft released this software about a year ago and called it the Anti-Spyware Beta. It has recently changed names to Windows Defender. It's free, although I've heard rumors that they might start charging for it at some point.

It's in it's 2nd beta and is rock solid stable. It works very well. I haven't had a spyware infection problem since I've been running it.

Is a romanian antivirus, antispyware, antimallcode ... you name it!

100% accuracy ... free update ... really cool!

Microsoft just bouth it, and wants to be incorporedet in the next Windows version.
