What is the difference between a hummingbird feeder and a regular bird seed feeder/?

I actually saw a hummingbird around y new bird feeder, but it didn't go for the seeds!

if you want to get a hummingbird feeder, you need to boil up some hummingbird "nectar". Recipe: 4 cups of water to 1 cup of sugar. Once cooled....you can start feeding hummingbirds. Keep in mind you must change the water minimum once weekly...I change mine every 3-4 days. It can ferment and get the birds "drunk" and could kill them. You have to be careful in hot weather as it will ferment faster. Good Luck.
