Simple steps to start with ...count 1 to 20 when you find yourself angry. try to get help from your loved ones as well by trying to communicating any frustations and anger in normal discussions.
In a longer version you have to search for the reason of your bad temper...such as anexiety, jealousy, stress. If you cannot do so by yourself try to get some counselling. The first step to control bad temper is to understand that you have one! By realising that you have already taken the first step to control it.

what kind of adversity effect ur health? don't take an excuse. if u want really to contro it u can and for that if, initially, u encounter some problem, face it. because controlling ur temper should be a bigger priority. do some form of yoga also to remain in calm in adverse situation.

You need to go to a doctor and rule out physical problems that may be behind your anger. A serotonin problem can be part of the problem. If there's no physcial root, you need to go to a pyschologist and look for a mental and/or a behavioral root. The manner in which we learn to express our anger is learned behavior. Finally, it may simply be a spiritual problem; that is, you lack self-control.

Count to 10 before you lose your temper.
Think before you speak.
Analyse your reason of your anger. Is it due to insecurity, fears, childhood abuse, impatience, pride, anxiety...?
Hurting people hurt other people, so try not to get angry. There is always a better response. Learn to control your temper.
Take a deep breath before you get angry.
Don't take others and yourself so seriously.

Ya when you get angry just think about that person whome you love most in the world. Think about the moment when you see her/him first. Well try that it does work. When you will think that you will countdown in 10 sec. But kab?? jab ki sacche dil se socho.

maybe it's some emotions you are hiding inside. try to see why you are angry. pray about it. walk 30 minutes. listen to good positive music. learn to let go. 1stholistic.com helped me with that. check out joel osteen's your best life now. it's a great read. try to focus on positive stuff such as a great experience or someone who you think is cute.
