I need a student visa date at the earliest possible from the US Calcutta Consolate?How early can i get it?

my classes start from 21st august and i can apply on 1st or 2nd at maximum.

If you are an Indian citizen living in India, you must schedule an appointment with the US consulate affiliated to the state where you resided in the last six months. Check https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/Home.aspx. Typically the waiting times are 4-6 months to get an appointment. Once you have your I-20 and convincing evidence that you will return to India after studies, there should not be any serious issue in getting a visa.
