The body is creamated, the soul gets a new body that is to say re-birth. This life- death - rebirth cycle continues till one has attained 'Moksha'- become a realized soul.

i am a spiritualist so can only tell you what i am told personally
that life goes on after death , that we are elevated to spirit realm to a place suitable for our life's actions
where we will be with those we have loved
where we will continue in spirit to develop and grow and learn
that ultimately as we rise on the spirit levels one day we will join with the god force
