I've never had much chance to experiment with baking, and mine nearly always turned out a bit rubbery and stodgy. Once or twice I got them perfect.
The stodgyness was fine as I made them with healthy stuff to use as breakfast cereal.

Always cover in cling film and use a medium heat for longer, rather than high for shorter.... also use a bit more vanilla extract, can be quite eggy.

Seems to work for me... Good luckx

I dont think its possible to cook anything really well in a microwave. Fish is passable but ebverything else just gets heated up - not cooked. I've followed receipes for mine in the past and now its just a glorified heater. Use it a lot but not to cook a meal...

if you use healthy stuff why would you use a microwave? it is rubbish for cakes and food in general, use a normal oven like everybody else and learn from your mistakes rather than trying the same thing over and over (animals don't learn from their mistakes that easily)
