If this is not a polilically motivated question, quietly say a prayer for him. We all need the power of positive thinking.
Of course, if it IS politically motivated, call up your local reublican office and volunteer. Don't forget to tell them it's a belated bithday preent to George!

If you send him anything it'll probably be blown to smithereens by the bomb disposal squad as a suspicious package.
If you have money to throw around, why not donate it to a deserving charity?

write him a letter eventually you will hear back and you post as many questions about america and president bush as you please!!!! If you like him stick up for him and wish him happy birthday as much as you want to!

As you probably know, the President has much security surrounding him. If you were to phone him, you wouldn't get through, if you were to mail him something, he would never see it, and if you tried to approach him personally (even if you weren't carrying a gun) you probably would be carried away by secret service agents (the American SS)
