Sooner or later, you will have company staying for the night. You will want a full-sized bed. This may be the primary, or only, piece of furniture in the place, but you'll eventually need it.
A fold-up futon may be a plausible option.

Go for a bed which fits in the room.....
Full sized bed if fits fine would be a better option

If it fits, a Full size. Then put lots of pillows on it and a great trow, and call it a day-bed...
that way, you get your bed, and sleep in it too.

they make twin/full size,
one of them goes under the other, so you pull it out ans then they even up.
it on a swing hinge
but if you can find than go with a twin...

Depends, do you have a lot of guests over or is it a merely a place to sleep and relax inbetween you other activities. That may help you decide.
