Try to save both if not save who can be easily saved, depend the situation, if you think in an acceptable manner there is only one mother for every one, so..

both but its a hard question to answer it depends how it happens and if one is under the water and the other isn't quite going under just splashing, i would get the worst off one then get the other. I would weigh it up but i don't know it has to happen
