Go to the Windows Firewall settings, and check off Internet Explorer as an "Exception".
Alternatively, temporary disable the firewall.

cuz yer windows is corrupted. dont worry as there is a way out, as there are files available in the internet, thru which u can convert yer copy of windows as a genuine copy. this solution is meant for win xp only.

if you dont have a good copy of windows XP or any other, it wont let you update.
