Truth is the word of God. It is also the absence of dishonesty and falsehood. When we tell the truth as we see it. It is our perception at the moment, without us trying to manipulate or otherwise distort what we say to have a means to an end. Example: What day is it? answer: It is Thursday.

God cannot be grasped by the aphorisms of wise men and the definitions of god men. He is a spirit. Like air, unseen, he is to be experienced. Truth is also an experience.

Jesus said He was the truth. "I am the way, the truth, and the life". I suppose anyone could claim that, but I've personally found that He is right.
