How do I change my mac mail account?

I want to change my mac mail account from the one it's default is set to (.mac) so it can receive emails from my new website. How do I do this and what info do I require from my site host?

You change it from .mac to POP or IMAP with the pull-down menu when you're creating a new account. Just folllow the directions to see what other information you need.
