In English, they call themselves Koreans or occasionally South Koreans.

In Korean, they call themselves "han-guk-saram" or the less formal "han-guk-een" or even "han-een"

They also refer to themselves collectively more so than other people do. It's completely normal for someone to say "uri-nara" (our country) instead of "dae-han-min-guk" (republic of Korea)
