I agree with Elder Stud, but Jesus was two thieves so named for crucifixion, and you,
and no Christian alive today can count three days from Friday night to early Sunday morning,
especially when, in the Gospels, the days of the week are numbered, and no more than 36 hours had elapsed from the night of the Sabbath
(which is the pagan's Friday night)
to the early morning of the First day of the week, (which is the pagan's Sunday morning for worship of the Sun God Zeus),
but the pagan's days begin and end midnight while the Bible's days begin and end at sunset.
Jesus one and Jesus two were left on the crosses after their legs were broken for the hanging part of the crucifixion,
they still had some days left before burial of their bones, since the flesh had to be eaten off the victim of crucifixion by the birds and the rats that fought for survival in the Garbage Dump
and sewerage disposal of Golgotha where the crucifixions took place.
Amen

The Lord Jesus was crucified on the cross for man kind, He descended into hell, and on the third day, He rose again from the dead and ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. The Lord Jesus did not descend into hell for punishment but He went there to finalize the work of redemption that he came to do for us. He defeated the devil and made a show of devil's defeat publicly. The Lord Jesus set the captives of the devil free and that is the victory we have today from His death and Resurrection HE LIVES,RULES AND REIGNS FOREVER. HE IS COMING BACK TO RAPTURE THE SAINTS HOME. PLEASE GET READY TODAY BY ACCEPTING HIM AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR. GOD BLESS YOU.

The Nicene (sp?) Creed clearly states that Jesus descended into Hell for three days. He went there to witness to the damned and offer them salvation if they would but believe on him and his sacrifice. That takes care of those who lived before Jesus appeared on Earth who lived lives at a standard below that which was acceptable to God.

I Believe, that when he accomplished what he came for, and his physical body died, his spirit left, and he was once again with the father, in peace, and not more pain, and not in hell, he suffered enough and more that most of mankind will ever truly appreciate,,

His spirit joined with the father, of which he is a part of like a puzzle, he went home, and there is no mailing address,,he did not live, as we do, he is the spirit of Love,
which i hope you and all those who believe and will just have faith, will eventually know,

He would go to heaven where he lives, and technically he can never die he is everywhere and everything, we just dont understand the level of greatness and wisdom he has, where he can be alive everywhere, he can only die in body never in spirit, and to me the real life is in spirit. This life is just a test in where we go after we die, after were away from this world is where are real life begins.

No silly, when you die you go to the grave, duh! When your soul resurrects, then you go somewhere. The soul is made of two elements that must be together to function. The breath and the body. Blue and yellow make green. Software functions when you have it on hardware which is powered up with electricity. Well anyway, read John 20:17
Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

You could say he came to hell and back, but that would completely ignore what hell is. Hell isn't a place. It's a punishment that occurs one thousand years after his second coming. He has to return with the resurrected saints to judge the wicked. The wicked are resurrected, get judged, then they recieve their death sentence: permanently erased from existance.

He said to the theif on the cross.."Today you will be with Me in paradise"....He went to paradise. There are 3 heavens that Paul mentions. I believe that paradise is the heaven we go to before the New Jerusalem (Revelation) comes to existance. Lazerous in Luke 16 was here also.

He was looking after all that stuff it says in Revelations. This is what John saw in the Spirit world, The Lords day is the day of the cross.

All prophecy was fulfilled at the cross. Revelations is 75% OT prophecies.
