I prefer Northwest Airlines. The WorldPerks program offers better rewards and their website is more enhanced offering the most features out of any airline in the world literally. Delta Air Lines is also nice, but still, Northwest has better service.

Delta by far! Not that I care for Delta but I despise Northworst. Bad experiences every time I've flown with them and I refuse to ever fly with them again. I will pay more to fly with a different airline.

Definitely Delta. NW is union. But then I'm biased, I worked for Delta. And I HATE HATE HATE absolutely HATE Southwest Airlines. They are the Wal-Mart of the skies, the cockroach of the industry and I'm glad to see they are finally succumbing to fuel costs and raising air fares as well.

NWA, they have better service, not as many delays, nicer staff, nice freq flier program. They stopped giving out food during the flight, now all they give are drinks (pop, water, juice) and im sure Delta does the same.

They are owned by eachother, northwest, klm, and continental. It doesnt matter, but continental does have a higher percentage of ontime flights.

Northwest.
Delta treats its Frequent Fliers like crap, they are stingy on upgrades, they are totally inflexible on requests, ATL is a bear to get through.
Northwest has older planes, but the staff seems nicer, Detroit and Minneapolis are much nicer hubs and they and Continental are much more integrated for upgrades, etc.
