And what happens to the err...waste product? Is it recycled? What an unpleasant job, can you think of anything worse?

i think that they should be emptied by people doing community service, not silly jobs like painting walls etc. Give them something to make them think twice about re offending.

I knew of somebody once who was given 150hrs community service. He had to paint walls etc......he was a painter and decorator!!

I watched a programme on channel 4 on Monday about people that go in and clean up flats etc where people have died and not been found for weeks or they clean up after a murder or suicide. I would rather empty dog bins myself!!

We dont have any parks here...we are surrounded by wilderness...therefore when your dog craps, you get to leave it, helps keep the bear shite company...lol
