Me and girlfriends went for dinner last night, a guy at the restaurant who happen to be working there seems to be acting strangely throughout the dinner, he seems to be checking me out cause i caught him looking at me whenever i turn around.
When the dinner was over, as i was walking towards the door, the waiter reach me out to hand me a business card of that guy.
The waiter says he would very much like it if i could give him a call at the number written.....so what do you all think?

A man who is too chicken to ask you himself, doesn't deserve the call.
I'm a Dad, I would give my daughters the same advice. And that crappy advice someone is sure to give you that "Go ahead, he is probably just shy is malarky" he is too lazy to do his own work.

Be sure to meet in a public place, and don't call from your work, home or cell. Find out if he is a psycho first, but it sounds like he's really just interested. It's really hard to approach a group of girls, so his asking the waiter was pretty much a good move.
Be smart and tell a reliable friend when and where you'll meet him, and go home without him until you get to know him better.
P.S. Good luck!

Well if you're the kind of woman who calls men, then he's obviously interested, and if you felt attracted to him, then call. Personally, I never call men. I also rarely give out my number. I have to be really, really sure and interested before I give out my number. Sometimes I'll give an email address. That way I don't have to avoid the phone or check my call display. But, everyone is different, so if you're comfortable, he's attractive to you, and you're interested, then sure. You should call him!

I wouldn't call. If I were a woman, if someone didn't have the gumption enough to approach me, or at least give me a number in a thoughtful or creative way, I wouldn't give him the time of day

don't call him,it will not help your relationship and it will be an insult to your guy cos he sent you to dinner and you found a better guy. forget and if possible throw the card in to the bin. save your relationship
