No someone just told you that so you wouldnt do it. Which you shouldnt I did it and regret it every day even though i got my GED as soon as i done it. I had no choice at the time I had to take care of my mom ( but i dont regert my mom for it ). Your parents can only have power over you until or 18 or move out of there house because it is there house and there rules.

Not true. But don't drop out of high school. You'll regret it later. You may not believe it now but you could use that little piece of paper. Even if not good grades. Having that diploma can make a big difference in the job world.

It is not true at all.
But please for your sake please try and stay in school if you wish to be independant from your parents in the long run.
If you get a good job with good qualifications then you will be more independant and willget your own home.
However if you drop out of school you are more likely to wind up living in your parents basement until you are 25!! Deliveing Pizza!

firstly....education is important....everthing is perishable in life accept ur studies ...it ll die wid u ....it is a strongest thing that u can possess ...if u r educated ur spouse ll respect u...coz u hv a power of being independent...u can not only tkcr of urself but of parents 2....i think' more than food ur education is important coz it cumes 4m money and money through education ...if no education ull land up being a waiter in pizzza hut...if thats what u want go 4 it....n ur parents hv a hold over u till 18....EDUCATION IS A MUST.......girls go 4 rich boys...how u ll be rich through education....and ull get prestige only through education and ur post...

God dont drop out of school no matter how hard it is or wateva problems u r havin u will always get over that but if u drop out u will never be able to get out of havin a crap job plz think bout it. but no they dont have control over u

That's not true. Once you are 18 you are an adult...school or no school.
Stay in school...you'll hate yourself later if you drop out.

If you drop out of school, you drop out. However, your parents have control of you until youre 18.. Unless they sign papers and give you an emmancipation, then you are free to do as you please before your 18.
