I heard once that as long as a girls face isn't extremely ugly, a girl's face doesn't matter as much to a guy as long as she has a hot body.
How true is this?

The body goes through many changes.
The face is a constant. Eyes do not change. The texture of lips, skin, the person's expressiveness.
There is no question that the face and other qualities of a person are what attract another. Confidence, aura, sense of karma, smell, smile, sexuality, comportment.
"Body" is probably is five or six. The body must be attractive, as sex does drive us humans. But what makes us sexually attractive is a more complex weave of components than boobs and butts. The human eye can see see beyond that stuff.

If I am attracted to a girl it is everything about them that is sexy to me. The face, The heart, The soul, The mind, The body, The person, But what is most attractive to me. Is if I see the love of God shinning in their eyes.

It depends. Infact, its not the face that matters most, but the personality. The girl may be fine, but with a bad personality. After you check her behaviour, then tha body n tha booty can follow.

A girl with good knockers always gets a second look, face quality not withstanding. I am yet to find a male whose eyes do not light up when he sees a nice pair of boobs. I hope that answers your questions.

for me telling you that of course the face is important than the body of a girl.
body may change fro sexy to fat rather than the face is still will be a good or beautiful face for me.
