I would say that it is the perversion of Satan. Satan perverts the gospel by using religious spirits (accuser of the brethren), for he (Satan) is the father of all lies.

No, and here's why.
Atheism is the belief that there is no God. For someone to state that there is no God, they have to discount the fact that something like 95% of all humans, regardless of culture, believe in a God, so they have to tell themselves that they know something that almost all the world's people through-out history have not known.
Up until a hundred years ago or so, almost all of the leading scientists believed in a God. These were the brilliant people who discovered so much and gave us all of the science that our modern scientists depend upon today. And speaking of modern scientists, thousands of degreed, professional scientists today believe in God, many as a direct result of the evidence they studied in their respective fields. Yet, atheists choose to believe that they are smarter than all of these 'fools' as they describe them.
Also, since less than 1% of the universe has been explored, they have to make the assumption that God does not exist in the 99 plus percent of the unknown universe. That's like exploring one inch square of land looking for gold, and upon not finding any, declaring absolutely that there is no gold on earth AND that there is no such thing as gold at all.
Atheists believe that they are smarter than almost everyone who is alive or who has ever lived, yet, their lives are usually so filled with financial troubles, broken marriages or relationships, unsuccessful careers, etc. How can these people believe they are so much smarter than everyone else, yet not be getting superior results in life?
The answer is denial. They deny the evidence all around them. This is referred to as being willingly ignorant. It is not the fault of religion, because as religion is so wide reaching, if religion were the cause, the effect of 'atheism' should also be wide reaching, but it is not.
Even in communist countries, where all religion is outlawed or officially discouraged, and only atheism is taught to the young people, it is religion, not atheism, which springs up within people.
Religion is no more the cause of atheism than education is the cause of ignorance.

I do believe that religion and not God are the cause of agnosticism and atheism. It's sad, but I believe it.

If your question is right - then atheism and agnosticism go baseless. You want to make sure the cause is God Himself and confirm His existence.

Of course.
God has done nothing overt to cause anyone to believe or not to believe in him/her/it. What people can't believe is the religions who demand tithes from their flock to worship god. Why do people need a priest to tell them what god wants? God gave everyone instincts and expected them to follow these instincts. Religion makes up rules that counteract these instincts (no sex before marriage is a good example) and claims that god wants us to follow these rules or we won't go to heaven. It's a cycle of fear, in order to get to heaven (which is the best place ever) we have to live on earth and do what we're told until we die.
People don't like to be told they're going to hell for enjoying life, so rather than just ignoring the preachers and finding God for themselves, they look to science (a more easily available source of information) and get the simple answers there.

I think religion is a big part of it. I have denied religion. But still can accept the idea of Jesus - just not how religion taught us. Religion is the oldest profession. It has left a bad taste for God.
I believe we are all one, all righteous, all God. I believe in evolution. I believe in science.
I believe my belief is subject to change without implication on what is truth.

Neither. I think science and reason are the cause of non-theism. Perhaps the period of enlightenment after the darkages could be credited to most of the current Freethinkers.
