best not to, 9 years is a long time so even thou theyve split there is bound to still be some feelings there. id say its best to give him some time to clear his head before getting involved or you may just be a rebound.

Not just men.... women can also go from relationship to relationship too...

If he's still living with his girlfriend, then I'm afraid honey they are not broken up no matter what financial arrangements they have... I was in a similar situation where I owned a house with someone and we didn't live together after we split up, one of us moved out and the house was sold.....

It sounds like you may be being fed a bit of a line here... don't get involved with him until he is free to get involved, and it doesn't sound like that he is.....

too complicated. I was in the same situation with an ex and a new boyfriend. Get your head clear before starting a new relationship. You're never emothinally stable at the end of one so can give false impressions to others

No it will just never happen if he is still living with the ex partner come on open your eyes surely you must know that there is always going to be something there whilst they are living together no doubt about that

it depends on how crap the relationship has been over the last while. which is prob the case because they were prob only going out for the last year because of the previous 8

Yes, but it would more than likely just be a rebound relationship.
