I'd go for the chocolate caramel digestives.

Now THIS is a proper question!
Personally, I believe there are far too many biscuits to choose a best, however, the following do spring to mind (in no particular order);

- The Classic, Rich Tea
- Custard Creams
- Hob Nobs (original and chocolate covered)
- Maryland Cookies
- Chocolate covered Milk Cows
- A Contraversial choice, Ginger Biscuits

These are probably my favourites, my lease favourites have to be;

- Pink Wafers (what a waste of time!)
- "Finger" Biscuits - too thin, can't take the heat of the brew
- Digestives (too crumbly)
- Jaffa Cakes (NOT a biscuit!)

Good question. (o:

I'd have to say bourbon. They don't go soggy quickly. Has anyone noticed a rich tea goes slightly soggy when dunked in a cuppa tea but stays hard when dunked in hot chocolate?

Has to be Ginger Nuts. They hold up well in the tea and hardly ever break in half leaving a soggy mess in the bottom. They're also, almost always, suitable for Vegans which is an extra bonus!

I'm gonna have to go with shortbread (Walker's in particular!). It has the stability to last for a really good dunk!

Try dunking pain du chocolat (chocolate croissants) in coffee - heaven.
