Or Aggie Westons, they are your most common hostels/hotels in use within the UK and London associated with the Royal Navy.
There are other hostels for merchant navy, however there is now a requirement for serving members to be placed into hotels.

I know the one in Bootle Merseyside closed down a couple of years ago and has now been demolished.
