Did she care about you on your daily tiny things? If she still concern about little things that happen to you daily, then you should assume she is honest.

It sounds like you don't trust her if you are asking this question so I don't believe you think she is honest with you. If you need to hire a private investigator, but why are you in a marriage with someone you don't trust?
