Just say, Hey I think your a nice girl and I'd like to hang out with you one day to get to know you better..
And then go somewhere different or do something different..
stand out from the others..
e.g. take her to a chocolate making factory
or a crocodile farm ( bet she'll stick close to you there)
or invite her over to watch a vid & make your own pizza's with her and both go shopping for the ingredients and make some really random pizza's and dare each other to eat them.

be upfront and direct... be respectful, where a smile and simply say how he feels... if he likes her he should say that and then ask if she would be up for a movie and maybe dinner over the weekend. Not always easy to do I know but it beats going through life never knowing if she would have said yes or no.

talk to her, get her trust, then ask her to go for a ride, and when you're about 50 miles away...in the middle of nowhere... tell her to give it up or get out... works every time, or you could offer her some cold hard cash, women can't resist money, they're pigs at heart.
