Train your dog to lick on command. Then when he is trained and does the trick well, don't ever give him the signal to do it.

try sleeping on your stomach and before you go to bed tell him no or like don't go on the bed or you could just shut your bedroom door

Dont eat his dog food or treats and if u just love em' 2 much, brush ur teeth....................and try sleeping with ur mouth closed..............
