I work with a guy that I have a HUGE crush on. We work in totally different departments, but I see him at least three times a week in passing. I try to catch as many stolen moments as I can. And then I thought that I should wait and see if he initiated contact to see if he was interested as well. And he did. Several times now. If he sees me he goes out of his way to put his arm around me, smile at me, strike up a conversation with me, etc. So....I finally get up the nerve to ask him out (in a round about way:) I asked him if he was busy tomorrow (knowing that he doesn't work for our company that day) he says, yes I am working here tomorrow. Why? aren't you? I said I had the day off, we spoke for a couple minutes, I told him that was all I wanted to know and left. Now........what the hell do I do?? Do I be more specific?? Do I ask again?? I mean wouldn't he ask me why I wanted to know, if he was interested?? PLEASE HELP!!!

First, most men love it when a girl asks them out! Right now he's probably as confused as you are, so I would suggest a daytime date - such as lunch or coffee, away from where you both work, on your day off. Once you have been in each other's company for a few minutes, you should be able to relax a bit, be yourselves and find out about each other.

Next, you need to consider if dating a co-worker is a good idea. If you have bad break-ups with previous guys, then probably not, unless you want to be looking for another job to get away from him?

You should aim to enjoy yourself in the company of this guy (or anyone, in fact). If you enjoy hiking, for example, suggest you go hiking together? If you don't like cars, suggest something else if he wants to take you to a motor race or other "male" event.

Good luck!

I feel that maybe u should ask him for for a show or cup of drink. The next thing u should do is tt you can tell him how u feel about him. So u can get an answer from the guy to see if there is a possibility tt both of u can further developed the relationship
