Is it bad to turn in ur papers to go to a new skool 1 month before it starts?

Skool is gonna start July 21 and my dad still hasnt sent the paper work in for me to go. He says not to worry.... I AM! I hope i wont have any trouble with it.... Should i be worryied or do they have people who turn things in late all the time?

When you start make sure study hard..Please, your spelling needs work. You can register all the way up until the first day of school.
