any dog out there with hives attacks? my bully gets it quite often we believe its some dirty stuff that she ate at the garden...like insect etc. normally it goes away in a day or two....but this time round, its been like a week and its still very bad! i've stopped feeding kibbles, she on potatoes & carrot for two days...and i've added apple cider vinegar into her drinking water....aany thing else i should do? anti histamint is for itchness rite? She's not scatching any part of her body...she's acting as per normal so she not really bothered but we are concerned...pls help!

NEVER use burnt motor oil on a dog. The chemicals from the oil seep into the dog's system. After time, there will be liver damage.

You can give Benadryl. Here's a site with the dosage by weight.

try a half a pill of benedryl until you can get to the vet... They should know what to do next

Benedryll. It works well, just dose her according to her body weight.

I'm not saying this will cure her, but we used burnt motor oil. It seemed to help our rocks.

I would take her to the vet- they can give you anti-inflammatories to reduce the redness and swelling.
