Denalis cost quite a bit less than the Escalade. However with the exception of the Cadillac badges, they are really the exact same vehicle.

Yukon Denali
there are two distinct differences between the denali and escalade other than apperance they are..
heated and cooled seats... escalade
available 22 inch rims from factory... escalade.
However, equally equipped there is about a 8,000 price difference
I currently own a GMC Yukon Denali and have had a GREAT experience with it plus I love my 20s
