No, God is not impartial.
How can you justify the deaths of millions of children in Africa due to 'starvation' when they are not even young enough to commit any sin?
Why other species didnt evovled much, and only the Homosapiens evolved so much so that Homosepeans can exploit the whole world, kill and eat others for his living and perhaps destroy the world and extinguish countless other speices of animals without even thinking about it?
God, i believe, do not bother about our day to day activities and all these stuff.
He is too busy in managing and supporting the rich, and perhaps some more galaxies
Perhaps all the injustice and explotation in our world is acceptable to Him, because after all, he has to manage much more. God knows what He doing right now :-)

This one is easy to answer but difficult to believe or understand. Many of God's promises never state that you have to believe or accept or anything. So pick one of his promises and test it, you will be surprised at the results. Every time you hear someone talking about Karma, its actually God keeping a promise good or bad to someone who doesn't believe in God. I myself needed to hire more people for the amount of work my boss had contracted, so I asked (mind you I didn't acknowledge God at the time) within a day or so 12 guys from a job site across the street from one of mine came over and asked for a job, because they were all laid off. yes yes I know chances blah blah. I have tested many many promises and they are always held. And when I look back at my life I see many promises he kept even through I didn't give any credance to God. Now I do.

God is always impartial
. "If you want to give me any boon, let it be that no desire springs in my heart, because the birth of such wants sees the destruction of the senses, the mind, the life-breath, the body, virtue and fortitude. Only when a person abjures them will he become elevated to a higher level." These were the prayers of a child devotee, to protect whom and to honour whose committed words of confidence that God is everywhere, He appeared in person. This statement reminds every devotee that he should not seek favours from God or should harbour any mistaken notion that He can be tempted by the offer of any promise to undertake any particular act to please Him. Faith in His mercy and generosity and unflinching devotion alone can bring Him near us. Scriptural texts reveal how God knows the genuine needs of all those who depend on Him. There is no necessity to ask Him. If his desire is just and falls within the parameters of the Law of Righteousness there will descend His grace. If a man covets any improper object, God will not respond.
In the Mahabharatam, Sahadeva challenged Lord Krishna that he could certainly make Him "immobile" by "binding" him with the rope of Bhakti. God is always concerned about maintaining virtue and incarnates to put down the evil forces, which raise their heads, as seen by His response to the entreaties of Mother Earth. Another important characteristic of the Lord is His impartiality; He favours none and hates none.
In a discourse, Dr. Sudha Seshayyan elaborated her theme that God will not be carried away by mere emotional raptures. A humble associate of His approached Him displaying his affinity and just handing over to Him a handful of parched rice, all that he could afford. The Lord's gesture in return was to shower him with wealth (though he did not seek it). The resources at His disposal can never deplete by so giving and God is always generous.
That He did not show partiality was instanced by Abhimanyu's life, a warrior of distinction, though he belonged to the side of the Pandavas for whose sake He proceeded on a peace mission. One of the Azhwars in a verse admires the Lord's extraordinary quality of compassion, recalling how He had saved His devotees. Another instance of God's kindness in yielding to His foster mother was to allow her to tie Him (as a child) to a mortar, of His own volition.

Yes. No matter what man wrote about God, this message comes through: All were made sinners through Adam. All are found guilty under the law.
All were made righteous through grace. All are equal in the eyes of God.
Our actions are not counted as favor or as disfavor. Nor is our belief.

God gave me a second chance to live when I was doing drugs and was really down on my luck. And even though I am gay and was doing some really bad things, he came into my life and help me get out of that mess of a life.I am still gay and now I have God at my side and in my heart. He never judged me because I am gay or because I did drugs or was suicidal. He lifted me up and I felt his presence and love.
