Opinions needed please! trying to give husband the benifit of the doubt and need honest opinions please help.?

I WILL STICK TO THE FACTS SO I WILL NOT LEAD ANYONE IN A CERTAIN DIRECTION JUST TO BE FAIR.ALTHOUGH I WOULD LOVE TO ADD DETAILS AND GIVE MY OPINION,I DON'T WANT TO LEAD ANYONE.OK HERE GOES, WHILE DOING LAUNDRY I FOUND A SPOT OF MAROON GLITTER NAIL POLISH ON THE ANKLE AREA BOTTOM CUFF OF MY HUSBAND'S WORK SLACKS...ON THE SIDE THAT IS IN BETWEEN THE LEGS.NOT THE OUTER SIDE OF THE BOTTOM CUFF NEAR ANKLE.(DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?) AFTER DOING SOME QUESTIONING MY HUSBAND SAYS HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHERE IT CAME FROM.AFTER ABOUT A WEEK I FOUND SOME SILVERY LOOKING NAIL POLISH PAINTED ON HIS SHOE.IN A PLACE WHERE HIS PANTS OR SLACKS COVER WHILE HE IS WEARING THEM.AND THAT SPOT IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A NICKEL OR QUARTER.I DO NOT OWN EITHER OF THOSE COLORS.I VERIFIED THAT SEVERAL TIMES ALTHOUGH UPON SEEING THEM I IMMEDIATELY KNEW.ALSO I FOUND A WAD OF HAIR IN OUR VEHICLE THAT DID NOT BELONG TO ANY OF US.ANY IDEAS OF HOW THESE THINGS COULD HAVE GOTTEN THERE?ANYONE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS B4?

ALSO I MIGHT ADD THAT A WOMAN HAD BEEN CALLING AND ASKING FOR HIM BY FIRST NAME AND THEN WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THE TIME TO ASK "MAY I TAKE A MESSAGE" BEFORE SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE IN MY FACE. AFTER I COMPLAINED TO HIM ABOUT HE LOOKED ANGRY AND SAID I WILL PUT A STOP TO THIS.....AND SUDDENLY THE CALLS STOPPED. HMMMMM....ALSO THERE IS MORE DETAILS BUT I WILL SAVE THEM...NO NEED REALLY....BUT I THINK BY THE MANNER IN WHICH THE NAIL POLISHES WERE DONE, SHE IS TRYING TO GET HIM CAUGHT. SHE MUST BE MORE SERIOUS WITH HIM AND SHE IS GETTING JEALOUS NOW. SHE WANTS HIM TO BE BUSTED...ANYONE AGREE? VERY SMART OF HER TO USE 2 DIFFERENT COLORS, SO HE CANT TURN IT INTO 1 INCIDENT.SHE MUST HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE IT SEEMS.AND THE HAIR WAD LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE CLEANED OUT A BRUSH AND ROLLED IT INTO A BALL.ALSO HE SAYS HE HAS NOT GIVEN ANY COWORKERS ANY RIDES. THIS IS A RELIEF 4 ME, I HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS BUT THANKS TO THIS CHIC I NOW HAVE PROOF!!!!!!!!

It doesn't look good for your husband, but lets think about this. It does NOT make sense for him to have a woman's nail polish on his clothing if he is seeing another woman. Most women do their nails BEFORE a man arrives, and it would be dry ahead of time.
Next, the hair, It could come from anywhere. You could sit somewhere and transfer it to the car without really noticing it, so could he. The wind could blow it in from the street when you are driving with the window down , or when you get in your car.
It just, to me, doesn't add up, that he is running around on you, considering both times you find nail polish. The polish would have to wet when it lands on his shoe or clothing, and no woman (at least none that I know of) paints her toe nails while with a man.

The fact is that when you think about it, you think you're gonna know. About the affair thing I mean. But you dont know. You just dont pick it, or wont see it, or whatever. But you dont know. Equally, there are some real simple explanations for stuff that can scare the bejesus out of you for your relationship. And you still dont know. The only way - ask him straight out. Be cool, be sure you can accept the answer, whatever it may be and then decide if you believe it. Believeing it, thats the hard part. But if you have a good thing, dont blow it because of insecurity. Asking will make it easier for you to really know what is going on. On the funny side - a pigmy may well have painted nail polish on the tip of his spear (thinking it was poison), hiding beteween your mans legs whilst he was asleep in his chair at work....oogachaca, ooga, ooga, oogachaca.!.I hope it works out for you.

Sounds to me like the woman he is cheating with is placing them there as a signal to you that he is a liar!
Immature males or Buffoons like to play the game to add spice to an otherwise hohum life of getting up going to work coming home to the same scene he left that morning.
Now if you realize that he is not all that he is cracked up to be and you still love him and want to be with him, put your foot down and demand his loyalty!
Giving him a choice of outs is nice.
Choices: 1. Let him know that no hair follicles or anything else will be found in the car. If it is , he can hit the door and his bags will be packed and waiting when he gets back to the home he couldn't respect.
2. That any more stains or whatever that is found on his clothes next to his body or any other stain that really has no business for being there will constitute his bags being packed and he hitting the door from the home that he couldn't respect.
Let him know, that not like him, you are an adult and know about oaths and responsibility and if he can't uphold his vows , then he needs to step out and take his stuff with him. Let him know that no more excuses will be accepted . Let him know , that children make excuses and dumbfoundedness will get him out that door with his things just as fast!
Stand on your square woman . You dont need to follow him but when you let him know what you will not accept , he will then know that he will either grow up or play kid for the rest of his life. You dont have to condone his crass behavior. But if you decide to accept his apology or overlook his behavior , expect to find more of that sruff and know then that you gave him permission to continue!

Well, for a start, its not lipstick marks on collars or anywhere or stains on his underpants etc.

Can you be sure thast they are nail polish or from stationery or industrial products? Let me guess, is your husband the type to dress easy and dirty his clothes often? I pick up lots of marks after a day out working too.

Hairs in the car? He could be ferrying passengers also in the normal course of his day and work too.

Maybe you should just take it easy and watch for rail signs like the look of his eyes or mannerism towards you.

At first when I started reading, I thought, "okay, let's give this guy the benefit of the doubt." Then, when you said that some chick was calling and hanging up in your face, and your guy said he'd put a stop to it, and right away it stopped. I've got two words for you. RED FLAG!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like he's doing something with another woman he's not supposed to, especially if he's in a relationship with you. Sorry to say so, hun, but it sound like you already knew, and just needed someone else to confirm your suspicions.

How long you and your husband are married? Every women when they find something on their husband, they jump and star investigating further in hope to find more evidence. Than they get confuse and may start a fire with their husband.
Next time you see this nail polish stain, ask your husband if he could help you clean up. By doing so, he will feel that you may know something and let him explain. Don't ask anything.
All men feel uneasy when he thinks that his wife knew something but refuse to say or ask about it. They will cough out in due course

The hair thing is kinda fishy. The nail polish thing is just weird. I mean seriously, do you think he's cheating with a girl that likes to paint her nails by his feet? How many girls walk around with wet nails with a guy she is sleeping around with... it's just strange.

we think the same thing you do... hes a cheater... his girl must have fresh nails or toes when they meet huh? there must be more signs of cheating... stays late at work , not having sex with you often, less loveable etc....i once found hair in my bathroom and i was right my ex had a woman over.... dont let him lie to you... you know whats up!
