Angels like Lucifer was created by God by "nature good". However, part of the nature was the existence of free will. Free Will is necessary in order for beings like angels to do good, follow God's Laws. But it can also be abused by disobeying God as the case of Lucifer and the fallen angels.

The distinction between angels and man is both have free will but angels have superior intellect and moral discernment. This is the reason why when angels sinned, they fell from grace permanently.

Sin can be described as the absence of grace. Thus, heaven defined as a place can have instances wherein creatures like angels commit sin. But the moment they sinned, they all fell and was banished from heaven.

There may be free will in heaven, but I don't think so, it was pride that got Satan kicked out of heaven along with 1/3 of the angles that chose to follow him. Scripture teaches that God cannot stand to look at sin, yet pride is a sin, so since God can't stand the sight of sin he would cast out any sinners in heaven...remember Satan was cast out of heaven early in Genisis if not before. We actually have no time period as to when he was kicked out, so that could very well have been a prejudgement in heaven before creation, also there is a theory that there was a judgement on this earth prior to the flood which means it was inhabited at an earlier time before Genisis was written. Here is the theory for an earlier judgement...Jerimiah 4:23, Isaiah 24:1and 45:18 clearly indicate that the earth had undergone a cataclysmic change as the result of a divine judgement. The face of the earth bears everywhere the marks of such a catastrophe. There are not wanting intimations which connect it with a previous testing and fall of angels. See Eziek. 28:12 thru 15and Isa. 14:9-14 which certainly go beyond the kings of Tyre and Babylon. I'am not quite sure about a prior judgement, but with God anything is possible.

God cannot look at sin and that is why Satan got kicked out of Heaven with one-third of the fallen angels (demons) that followed Him. There is no sin in Heaven because all of the sinners that do not repent are banished to Hell, which is a lake of fire that burns forever. Angels are not equal to a born-again Christians because they do not have the seal of the Lord's blood from the cross on them. Yes, angels have free will but they know what is best for them and that is to follow God and not Satan (that is the ones that are still in Heaven with God). We are created in God's image but angels are not. Angels do not sin because they do not know sin like man does. How can you know something is a sin unless you are told. Just like our government adds new "rules" of law every day (or so it seems); otherwise, how do we know the law if we are not informed. Just as before the ten commandments, who know what was sin and what wasn't sin? I hope that you get this. Thank you for your question.

Lucifer was thrown out of heaven along with a third of the angels (Rev. 12:1-9) and cast down to the Earth. Sin was thus removed from heaven, but it then started here on Earth(Gen 3:1-24). Yes the angles (messengers of God) have freewill; as they were witness to the war in heaven, they know that it is better to worship God and live by His laws. That mankind was created in the image of God (Gen1:26) and a little lower than God (not the angels, marginal note Hebrew, Elohim, literally God) meant we resembled God, but lacked his full understanding of how sin would ultimately destroy mankind if we chose not to know God (Hosea 4:6)

Lucifer was the reason God created Hell and 1/3 of the angels who fought with him. The other 2/3 angels CHOOSE God.

Lucifer was kicked out becuase of his arrogance , he rejected to surrender to God' will when He ordered him to bent for Adam. If your imagination goes so far to think that God is sean by anybody , whoever he is , then you'r definitely wrong.
Angeles have no free will. They do what ever God orders them only, and can't disobey Him.
Read the Holy Quran.

It doesn't say that angels don't have free will. It is just said that they have no choice but to know that God exists, our separation from God and free will allow us to not believe in God. Angels know God exists. To be in heaven is to be will the father, to be back where we came from to be in hell is to be forever separate from that. To be with God is to be in his will, there is no sin in his will therefore it would stand to reason that to be in sin would mean that you are no longer in his will and hence "kicked out".
