what to do when you can't sleep cuz of thoughts of God & death?

Question

for example, these questions run through your mind when you're about to sleep:
- What if God doesn't exist?
- What if there's nothing after death?
- What if after death, you'll just be alone and conscious that you're alone forever?

You have wavering faith my friend. Repent and trust God and He will clear your doubts.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and Lean not in your own understandings.

do a good deed everyday, that will give u peace of soul. u ll be happy that atleast u did make some happy or helped someone in some way. the help is never in form of money only. it can be even agood sincere advice or suggestion to a friend. in this way u can have a good sleep at night, u ll sleep with a thought that tomorrow morning again i going to help some one. may be u ll start planning about different ways, how u can help someone or what can i do that maximum of ppl can get the benefit.
2ndly believe that world, humans and all the universe is not without any reason. try to seek the truth. how come our prayers come true when we pray from depth of heart? is there some one listening and controlling everything? why the sun never came out from West and set in East? is there some one controlling it with a string or line? how come a seed under the soil come out of it and become a full life in days? how come a man and women intercouse give birth to another life? is it some magic? when a human have soul in it, he is alive and when this soul is out, he is just helpless, cant even move a single finger, why is that so>? where does the soul fly away? why we can not see it going away? where are these souls getting together? why its like a secret? must be some place where we ll have to go one day. and then that will be the day when we ll see that Magician also and all the secrets will be disclosed that day by Him. HE doesnt require u anything to do but to believe in HIM coz He is the creator and HE definitely have this right that His creatures should know about HIM and should be praised alot for all the blessing that he has bestowed on us. He only asks u to do good with ur fellow men and do not follow the Satan for he is your enemy. He the God is waiting for us with beautiful paradises that have a lot more beauty and peace that we have on earth right now. In Quran it says some where, that the beauty of paradise is out of Human imaginaions. think about those paradises which u got once, u ll be not asked for any more tests or exams that we are going thru now. think of that place and have sweet dreams.

It is interesting to hear someone else have the same problem as me so many many years ago. when I was I small boy around 6-7, I cant remember I had the very same thoughts.
I came to the conclusion that all of this is out of my control and there is no point worrying about the inevitable. time is short and as you get older the years fly by faster and faster. I resigned myself to the fact that this was not what the problem really was. It was an unfulfilled life which was a greater concern. And this has shaped my life ever since. The most important thing you can do is to just accept two facts.
Fact 1. You will die eventually.
Fact 2. Nobody truly knows what will happen after that death

When you accept those facts then you can open your heart up to faith that things shall unfold for you as they will but there is a reason that you're here and so try and take hold of that will and make the best of your life.As far as going to bed is concerned, I would just say this, forget your fears.If you don't you will only make yourself worse.Nothing good can come from this fear.Just accept the first two facts as I have given you and let yourself sleep in comfort that for now you're here and as long as you're here you can make this life whatever you want it to be for you.

god does exist look at every thing everything was created by him.. there was no big bang otherwise how did he big bang come about. there is lifeafeter death only 2 places though heaven and hell there is no such thing as pergotory when people diee and have been ressusatated there story was of them seeing there bod and nurses working on him ... you will be alone and concoius if you go to hell there is a way to get to heaven thats through jesus believe me i would not lie to you

Do not stress your mind by thinking about all such things.Keep a specific time for reading spiritual books,it may be helpful for you to understand things better or may be your own experiences will teach you many things..before going to bed pray to God for fellow beings..you see there are many people in this world in need of help...if not help..just pray for them..

If you are a believer........turn your mind over to Christ to watch over. Satan will mess w'you good if you don't.
He is a robber, destroyer and killer...that's his job...

If there is no G-d........no problem.
If there is no hereafter........no problem..
The Bible teaches the dead hear nothing....no problem

If you are not a believer, you just need to get right w/G-d and let Him give you peace. That's His job........no problem
