That's such a broad question and it doesn't really matter unless you have your pick and there is an open spot there. Unless you get a TRADOC spot you are likely to be deployed while you are there, assuming you are in the Army.
I was in Hawaii and it was great. I like the ocean so it was perfect for me, but some people there didn't care for it. It all depends on what you like and what service you're in.
