How do rates in Incheon compare to market and Seoul bank rates?

You'd be better off changing just enough money at the airport to get you through until you can get to a regular bank. But the rates will be much better at the airport than if you try to exchange it outside Korea.

Changing your money at the airport doesn't really incur a great excess charge.
Quite normal. However if you are wishing to exchange a large sum of money, it would be better to do it at a Seoul bank, or any bank called 외한은행 Korean Exchange Bank.
This is the bank I always use when exchanging money, they give the best rates, and only have a small handling fee.
Usually though if I only have a small amount to change, I will just do it at the airport.
