I am so depress, this feeling is very painful, so painful as if something is constantly bitting my heart.
Yes, my family is here, they are physically here, yet not emotionally connected, even worst than roommate. So this is even more painful than they are not physcially here.
I know that's the way they 'are', 'were' and 'will be'.
How can I not let this cruel truth affect my mood? How can I not let it make my heart so painful?

Consider talking to a psychologist and don't be afraid of anti-depressants They will help you feel a lot more content so that you're not overwhelmed by all the problems you're facing.

Hey its ok and completly normal, go to the doctor, I got really depressed and it affected me so badly i couldn't get out of bed somedays, sounds stupid but to anyone whos been there its not, when you get depressed your seratonine (i think thats how you spell it) levels decrease, and if they are too low for too long then your body/ brain can't make enough endorphins to make you happy, so even if all the things that made you feel down have gone your body can't it. I suggest go see your doctor, they will be able to help, don't worry i don't have any family i know where your coming saying that no one is there.
Sometimes to go and see a cousilor will help you sometimes you need someone to listen who won't judge what your saying.
Good luck, keep your head up but you have to do something about it, just leaving it won't fix your problem.

you need to see a doctor right away, and it sounds as if you need to do that now. If I were you (and I have) I would go to the emergency room right away and tell them how badly you feel, they can either admit you, help get you outside support, it would be a start. Good Luck---MeLissa

talk to your doctor. or start seeing a psychologist, friend, and/or someone u trust. They will help u. It will take the pain away if u just talk to someone. but u have to be honest and tell them everything.
