1. on the drivers point of view if you can't avoid it you can't avoid it. you can't have a wreck just to avoid wetting someone they will dry.

2 on the pedisterian side if itis intentional that is bad. if they can't help it get a ride.

drivers point of view.. ha ha ha. I think its funny. My brother and I and friends when teen agers would go out after a big storm with lots of rain and purposely drench people. We would cruise though a puddle near the side walk were we saw someone walking on and they were soaked with my muddy dirty water. They were pissed but we drove off laughing. Never had it happen to me yet. But I am sure my day will come. These people were drenched from head to toe... we would laugh so hard we would almost pee in our pants.... your only young once and gotta have some fun.

i use to ask myself that question when i was pedestrian.yeah,i have a car now i dont only sprinkle,i splash.guess the table just turned
