There are companies such as Britax Contour, B/E Aerospace and SICMA Aeroseats that manufacture such meal tables. However you maybe better off trying your luck with local airline that may have some scrap tables. Airlines do reject parts for discoloration or scratches that may be acceptable for you.

When you have money ,you can bye anything,in world (including me ) Find proper source you can buy from old airplanes.

Well you can buy old economy aircraft seats etc.. Or the Mojave desert may have an old aircraft where a cabin still remains...
