As Albert Einstein said, there are only two ways to live your life, one is as though nothing is a miracle, and the other is as though everything is a miracle.

Do we accept the fact that human being are always like that?
Yes!

Long time ago, religion did play a very important role in governing the uncivilized people. So, the religion is part of human history and human society.
Nowadays, the religions have learned to adapt in the contemporary society by using/learning human psychological behaviour to be existed.

That's right, some people were born to be like that! We ought to respect them as we respect gay people.

We can't ask religious people to get rid of their belief, however we can ask religious people not to take science for granted.

Thank you!

I am amazed when I read questions like this. To me my faith brings me more happiness, joy and a sense of peace than anything I have ever experienced. I think I have believed in God my whole life, even when I didn't know much about him. Religion doesn't cause trouble. What causes trouble is people who SAY they are religious but are living like demons. True religion is the belief in Jesus Christ who bore your sins and mine on the cross so that you and I will have an eternity in paradise.

What made you think that religion is only causing trouble? Many other things can cause trouble too.Do we get rid of them too (including ourselves)?

No religion by itself is also a religion, meaning that we are in no position to get rid of it. However, we can get along, moving from one religion to another until we find a less troublesome one.

Please! God is a make believe friend for adults.

So much hatred, war and judgement is done in the name of religion. Those who oppose, please don't throw out scriptures. The bible was written many many years ago by drunk men who were not even there for the actual events. Its been revised so much that it cannot be applied to the way the world is now.

Its all about taking accountability for your own actions, let's not run and hide behind the God and Bible tactics, thinking for yourself is much more reasonable.

Let people do what they want just as long as I remain happy and living my own life the way I am now.

You would have to get rid of God first. People who have felt God's loving presence will not find anything better. Religion is the way to pass on and teach the faith.

God Bless You, ;-)

I believe as much as people have different opinions, Religion is a force of stability, a reason for living. Many people like myself, would lose their sanity because of this crazy world we live in. Look around us, look at Lebanon.
