ask at your local vets or at the local rscpa - they should be able to point you in the right direction.

My local vets has cards posted on a noticeboard, advertsing this kind of service - so that would be the best place to look.
You could also try the Cats Protection League - they should be able to help you - oops, sorry, I was assuiming it was a cat, but it might not be!! :>)
