I've read quite a few articles in various magazines and too much consumption of both tea and coffee is bad for a person. Although tea has antioxidants which is good for the body, it still contains traces of caffiene. I would recommend at least one cup of coffee per day as it has a healthy benefit for you,but after 3 cups you will damage your health. Or for a much healthier solution just switch to decaff, for both tea and coffee.

Tea....
there are so many wonderful varieties of tea
I just got back from China where tea is definitely the national drink (although Starbucks are popping up all over the place, and among the young people coffee is becoming the "hip" thing to drink, whereas tea is more "old-fashioned"

I always start my day with a cup of tea. Then in the afternoon I have my coffee. I think both as just as addictive as each other. They both contain caffaine and us humans think that we need tea and coffee to get us through our stressful lifes.
