I think it has a lot to do with this....
tall men seem to get pick and teased at an early age (when they are the tallest in the class) so they know that just because someone says hey look at that tall freak doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you it just means that person is shallow so they relate to people who have dealt with that kind of riducle from shallow people they know that a woman that is heavy, chubby, fat, what ever you want to call us is just that a woman who isn't going to say look at that tall freak or did you see that fat person over there. We don't do it cause we know how it feels to be outcasted because of a minor difference.
I think people who have lived through similar things in life are the ones you are most attracted to. Just like in school when the football players HAD to date the cheerleaders it was a common ground.

But it's not all about looks. How the woman treats her man makes a big difference too.

Chubby women, or fat women, as you say, are more fleshy so it feels better to a mans penise. The extra flesh acts as bumbers so a man can really pound a women without hurting her. On the other hand, with a skinnier girl they're more bones and less flesh so after a while it beggins to hurt the man. Sexually it's just better.

I think its because most bigger women aren't stuck up and snotty and will give most guys the time of day if they make them feel ok about how they look. I don't think its just really tall, slim sexy guys that like them. Most girls who are really pretty....know it and treat guys like they can find something better at any given time. I actually think its harder to be a pretty woman because most of us are perceived that way.

It's true, you usually see really skinny guys with fatter women. I think it's b/c they don't like their own looks. My mother was super skinny when she was a teenager and can't STAND the look of skin and bones now. Being too skinny can be just the same as being too fat.

Perhaps it's because slim men are, among other men, what fat women are among other women. Neither group is the ideal form of the sex.

I recently found myself wondering that very same thing, pretty odd when you think of it. I guess it's just personal preferance or perhaps these men don't have much self esteem and think these slightly unattractive ladies are all that they can get.
