I know my bloodstream has more testosterone in the morning, so would exercising right after I wake up be more benificial as far as development and growth?

Yes, it is! If you exercise before work, school, etc., your metabolism is kicked in first thing...wakes you up, gets you energized. I also feel you tend to eat better all day cuz you don't want to ruin what you did earlier in the day! I go to the gym at 5am and it's done...don't have to worry about it after work, etc.

That is what I hear. It gets your body going and you burn more calories and they claim that some people have trouble sleeping at night, if they excerise at night.

THATS what they say.IT starts your system burning at a higher rate all day long.
