I just want to know for the sake of knowledge that how can i create a virus i won't send it to people. but just for the sake of knowledge i want to know.

Viruses are made for a variety of reasons. Some damage vital operating procedure systems, some erase important information on your computer, and others just watch what you do. In order to make viruses you have to not only have a strong knowledge of computers, networks, and operating systems, but also at least one programming language. If you do not have a strong knowledge in those areas then most operating system procedures will easily stamp out any virus, especially virus protection programs.

only advanced programmers can make Viruses
plus backup your system when making a virus one mistake and it may turn on you and crash your comp
